Why did we design this program?
Move 30 has been created to allow you to train from the comfort of your home, at any time of the day. If you are in the beginning stages of your fitness journey or you are on the go and don’t have enough time to get to the gym but know the importance of staying active, Move 30 is the perfect program for you.
Move 30 is based on functional body weight workouts to keep you moving while maintaining your strength & cardiovascular fitness.
What is basic layout of the program?
Move 30 starts with a 5 minute warm up & activation, followed by a 20 minute workout & then a 5 min cool down consisting of stretching.
Who should be using this program?
Move 30 can be followed by absolutely anyone. If you are in the beginning stages of your fitness journey or you are just looking for a short high intensity home workout to follow, Move 30 is for you.
How many days of training does the program consist of?
Move 30 consists of 5 days of training 1 day of active recovery & 1 day of rest.
You do not need any equipment to follow the Move 30 program.
