RunEx was created with education at heart. Running is a simple sport loved by many but can easily result in complex injuries if the correct approach is not taken from the start. Runners need strength training and a guided approach to their running, the when, why, how and how much answered so that the running is the best part, painless performance defines the best of runners from the rest. And so RunEx is born.

BASICS PLAN

– 1 X LIVE MOBILITY & RECOVERY SESSION PER WEEK

– 2 X LIVE INJURY MANAGEMENT SESSIONS PER WEEK

– Ongoing support facilitated through an online platform

– RunEx running technique analysis.

– Weekly check in with RunEx coach facilitated via phone/video call.

MEET THE RUN EXPERTS

Leah Gindra

Your everyday runner and a model run expert student herself. Leah is our Jack of all trades and the very first RunEx program graduate. She’s our  resident Personal Trainer and RunExpert Digital co-ordinator. 
She also picks the coolest tunes for the 6am LIVE workout.

  Nic Acampora

Ultramarathoner and  running injury specialist. Nic is a Biokineticist with a Sport and Exercise Medicine MSc behind his name. He believes the simplest way of decreasing running injuries is through prevention and education, oh & he seriously loves running.

Anthony Clark

Not only does he look like Clark Kent, Ant is the science behind the work we do. This kick ass sprint athlete is also passionate about functional movement and has an MSc in Exercise Science behind his name.
