Personal Trainer - Group Fitness Aerobic Instructor
I am a Personal Trainer and a Group Fitness Aerobic Instructor.
My Group sessions go by the name Gina G Group Training. The groups sessions are 3 x per week, Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30am – 9:30am. I ensure that each member of Gina G classes leave the studio feeling accomplished. The classes are fun, vibrant and always working to your full potential, making sure that proper form and technique is executed from each individual.
When I’m not in group sessions, I’m in the gym Personal Training. With Personal Training I complete a full assessment on the client before commencing with training.
The assessment comprises of the clients personal goals and structuring a program to support their goals, Recommendations on an Eating plan, discussing any Health Issues and a Full Body Assessment.
During each Personal Training session you have my full attention and I motivate you to the fullest that you leave the session wanting more!
