I have always been fascinated with the human body. From a very early age I was extremely passionate about improving my physique and learning different ways to grow muscle and be healthy. As a kid I would do my own exercises in the bathroom before showering at night, constantly research about training techniques and how I could get stronger.

There are just so many different ways to improve health and wellness, and I’ve always looked for ways to get through to different types of people in order to help. Everyone has their own unique perspective of what it means to be healthy, and this is what I love!

I love working with different people who have their own distinctive way of life, because there is always so much to learn and there are always different opinions about how people view exercise and their eating habits. Fascinating!

Gina G

Personal Trainer - Group Fitness Aerobic Instructor

I am a Personal Trainer and a Group Fitness Aerobic Instructor.

My Group sessions go by the name Gina G Group Training. The groups sessions are 3 x per week, Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30am – 9:30am. I ensure that each member of Gina G classes leave the studio feeling accomplished. The classes are fun, vibrant and always working to your full potential, making sure that proper form and technique is executed from each individual.

When I’m not in group sessions, I’m in the gym Personal Training. With Personal Training I complete a full assessment on the client before commencing with training.

The assessment comprises of the clients personal goals and structuring a program to support their goals, Recommendations on an Eating plan, discussing any Health Issues and a Full Body Assessment.

During each Personal Training session you have my full attention and I motivate you to the fullest that you leave the session wanting more!

Personal Trainer - Group Fitness Instructor - Sports Conditioning Coach

I have 25 years experience as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and sports conditioning coach and I specialise in fitness training for golfers.

I do one on one training with individuals and group sessions on Mondays and Fridays at 6:30am.

In these sessions we focus on stability, strength and flexibility. These group sessions are fun and suitable for ladies over the age of 40.
