Our Stanger gym is set within Stanger Manor, in a prestigious space which offers the perfect gym environment with its super high ceilings and big open spaces to work out. The gym is stocked with brand new equipment and has been open since October 2017.

This facility has absolutely boomed and is our fastest growing facility to date. Our facility offers functional, commercial, group classes, ladies only facilities and classes, children’s classes, and a Medical Centre. Our Stanger facility has grown from strength to strength and we look forward to expanding it to even greater heights in the near future.

Our branches are accredited testing centres for both Discovery Vitality and Momentum Multiply so members and non-members can have their tests done and earn points to boost their rewards and status levels for their respective medical aid programs.
